How will I get from the airport to the hotel?

Upon arrival at your destination for your Service Learning Trip (SLT), you'll be greeted by a MEDLIFE team member or your Trip Leader who will guide you from the airport to the hotel. Your transportation will be pre-arranged, ensuring a smooth and safe transfer. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the start of your impactful journey!

How Does the Transfer Process Work?

When you arrive at the airport for your MEDLIFE Service Learning Trip, we ensure that your journey to the hotel is seamless and stress-free. From the moment you land, you’ll be in the hands of our dedicated MEDLIFE team members who will assist with your transfer, so you don’t have to worry about logistics.

Here's how it works:

  • Airport Greeting: A MEDLIFE team member or your trip leader will meet you at the airport, typically holding a MEDLIFE sign for easy identification.

  • Transportation to the Hotel: You'll be transported directly from the airport to the hotel via pre-arranged, comfortable, and secure transport.

  • Safety & Comfort: The travel conditions are designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and immersion into the hotel as soon as you arrive

Steps to Ensure a Smooth Arrival:

  1. Confirm your flight details with MEDLIFE: Ensure that you provide us with your flight details ahead of time, so we can coordinate your transfer. Please note that if your arrival or departure time is outside of MEDLIFE’s designated transportation hours, additional transportation charges may apply.   2. Follow arrival instructions: When you land, follow the instructions MEDLIFE sends you in your pre-trip information packet to find your meeting point.
  3. Meet your team member: Once you arrive at the meeting point, a MEDLIFE representative will be there to welcome you and guide you to your transportation.
  4. Travel to the hotel: Relax as you are taken directly to the hotel, where your Service Learning Trip will begin.
